FROM 295 SOUTH: Take 295 South to exit 19.  Turn left off the ramp onto Paradise Rd/CR 656 (When coming from 295 North turn right onto Paradise Rd.  Follow straight approximately 1 mile.   Turn left onto Patsy Court to enter the community.

FROM 55 NORTH: From 55 North merge onto US-322W/Mullica Hill Rd via exit 50B toward Richwood/Mullica Hill.  Turn right onto Barnsboro Rd/CR-609.  Turn left onto Main St. /CR-553A.  Stay straight to go onto Mt. Royal Rd/CR-678.  Continue to follow CR-678, Turn right onto Kings Highway approximately 2 miles.  Turn left onto Mantua Grove Rd. Approximately ½ mile turn right onto Patsy Court. to enter the community.

DIRECTIONS TO VISIT SALES CENTER LOCATED IN WOOLWICH TWP. FROM NOTTINGHAM ESTATES

Turn left out of development onto Mantua Grove Rd.  At 2nd traffic light turn right onto Kings Highway.  Proceed through the township of Swedesboro.  Bear left at the fork and follow Rt. 605S.  Continue straight onto Woodstown Road.  Immediately after underpass turn left onto Harrisonville Road.  Approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Russell Mill Road.  Approximately ¼ mile, turn right onto Oak View Terrace to enter development.
